We routinely screen cysteine-focused covalent small molecules at Arpeggio because of their massive transcriptional-impact diversity. This review helps us put our chemotranscriptomic platform within the context of other exciting and emerging technologies!

A nice new atlas from Li et al. performed a massively parallel drop-out screen for many cysteines in known oncogenic genes. This dataset will help pave the way for covalent drug discovery in oncology and the potential target landscape!
